Program Facilitator Black Girls Do STEM utilizes a cadre of Program Facilitators to deliver exceptional learning experiences and develop strong relationships with participants. Under the direction and guidance of the Program Manager, each Program Facilitator will implement and help drive curiosity in the minds of Black girls, building confidence, skills, and the future STEM workforce. They should expect to engage in group professional development with other Program Facilitators on Saturdays in October, November, and January. From February-September they will independently review and plan for sessions, deliver content to students on Saturdays, and receive 1:1 coaching from the Program Manager.
