It starts with a young girl asking questions about the world around her and realizing, often for the first time, that she belongs in STEM. When you show up as a volunteer, you help turn those questions into possibility and those moments into lasting impact.

My Name is Yolanda Scott Im a dedicated insurance broker known for helping clients navigate financial decisions with clarity and confidence. With a strong commitment to serve I specialize in providing personalized insurance solutions that protect what matters most. Outside of my professional work I am passionate about giving back to my community. I volunteer with Black Girls Do Stem. It is a program for young inspiring learners to explore science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on activities and mentorship. My blend of professional expertise and community involvement reflects my belief in building secure futures -both for my clients and the next generation
