Quick Ideas for Using the Video with Students:

1. Use the video as part of a career exploration unit. What questions does it inspire in students about what it would be like to be a scientist, chemist, biologist, engineer, or another career in STEM. Have students share their question with each other and then select some to research and report back to the class with what they learned.

2. Research your local area to see if a similar person would be available in your town to speak to your students. Have students view the video in advance of the guest speaker to help them develop questions they’d like to ask when the speaker comes to class.
